• The Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash

• Redemption of Gift Vouchers is on whole not as part.

• The member must present his/her unique subscription no. while claiming his/her discounts/gifts.

• Retroactive discounting is not permissible. If a subscriber fails to present his/her unique subscription number while claiming the gift, the discount will not be valid.

• All communication regarding the discounts/gifts will be mailed to the subscribers mailing address mentioned on the subscription form. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to furnish all correct information. . Digital 18 Media Ltd. shall not be responsible for communication lost or not received

• Digital 18 media Ltd. reserves the rights to add, amend, change, alter or terminate this programme, including the structure of rewards, without prior notice.

• Benefits available through program partners may change from time to time, or be withdrawn without prior notice. Digital 18 Media Ltd. will not be responsible for any liabilities arising out of such situations.

• Any disputes arising in respect of any of the aforesaid shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai. Digital18 Media Limited shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for the quality and/or deficiency of any product/services availed by the subscriber through this offer.

• The products/services are being provided by Digital18 Media Limited on 'as is where basis' and Digital18 Media Limited disclaims any and all liability in this regard.

• Digital18 media limited neither makes nor intends to make any warranty or representation, express or implied in relation to the products and/or services, and it expressly excludes and disclaims any and all liability and/or warranties which may be implied or otherwise created by operation of law including without limitation all implied warranties of uninterrupted or error-free services, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
