Q. How soon will I start receiving my subscription copies?

A. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing of your subscription/order, after which you shall receive your subscription copies.

Q. I've mailed you a cheque last week, when will it get processed ?

A. It takes about 2-4 weeks to process payments after receipt. If you don't receive an acknowledgement via email or regular mail during these 2-4 weeks, then please contact us.

Q. I'm unsure about the expiry date of my subscription. How do I renew my subscription?

A. 'We will contact you well in advance of your subscription expiry date by sms, email and a letter so you don't miss out on any future issues. You might miss renewal notices or other correspondence in case you have shifted; in such case your instructions regarding a change of address should reach us 2-4 weeks prior to the renewal date. You can also conveniently renew subscription online by clicking the 'Subscribe' option on the website. This will ensure continuity of your subscription without interruption.

Q. How do I know about my customer reference number and expiry date?

A. Your customer reference number and its expiry Date are printed on the address label of the envelope that contains your magazine. You can also contact our Subscriptions Department for this information.

Q. Can I suspend delivery temporarily?

A In case you are leaving town for a while, or you wish to temporarily suspend your subscription for any reason, please contact us 2 weeks prior by email, phone, regular mail or fax. Remember to quote your Subscription Order Number.

Q. How do I order the subscription if I wish to pay by Cheque/DD?

A. You can download the subscription form [Download] and courier the same along with your payment favoring Digital18 Media Ltd.

Q. What happens if I miss an issue or it arrives late?

A) If you spot the magazine on the news stand and have not received your copy yet, then it is probably under dispatch, since the delivery of subscription copies normally occurs within 2 days of its release on the news stand.

B) If you have recently ordered a new subscription and have not received your first issue, we would like to inform you that it takes 2-4 weeks to start your subscription. If it still hasn't reached, it might be due to an incorrect address in our records, contact Customer Care by email, phone, regular mail or fax.

C) If the issue does not reach you at all or arrives late repeatedly; contact Customer Care by email, phone or fax.

To expedite customer service requests provide your Name and Address, especially Pin Code and Contact Number with the Subscription Number exactly as it appears in the acknowledgement letter.

Q. What if I receive a damaged copy?

A. At our end, we ensure that every magazine is printed, packaged and delivered in excellent condition. However, as a rare case, if a magazine arrives in a damaged condition, then we advice you to kindly check with the Post Office or Hand-Delivery agent delivering it. Please do get in touch with us in case of such an occurrence. We'd be happy to replace a damaged copy immediately.

Q. Duplicate copies keep coming to me. What should I do?

A. You have probably ordered for an additional subscription despite already being a subscriber or you have not communicated your current Subscription Order Number. You can request to combine the two subscriptions so that one begins after the expiry of the other.

Q. I have stopped getting my magazine altogether. Why?

A. Your subscription may have expired or temporarily suspended. You've probably overlooked or missed out the renewal reminder, or you haven't informed us of the change in your mailing address.

Another reason might be the non-clearance of your payment. Contact us by email, phone, regular mail or fax to know your account status or to update your mailing address.

Q. Can I get back-dated issues?

A. We do not sell back-dated issues.

Q. Do we offer corporate or bulk subscriptions?

A. Yes. You can get in touch with our Subscriptions Department and communicate your request via email, phone, regular mail or fax.
