1. On subscribing for the Forbes India magazine or Forbes Life India magazine for a 1 year or 2 year subscription during the Term of this Contest and upon correctly answering this Contest question, you shall be considered as a contestant ("Contestant") for the Contest. In the event that you do not answer this Contest question correctly, you shall be disqualified from the Contest; however you shall continue to be entitled to the subscription of the Forbes India magazine and the Forbes Life India magazine, as the case may be.

2. This Contest shall commence from 2000 hrs on 20th October, 2011 and shall close at 2300 hrs on 12th April, 2012 (both days and timings inclusive) ("Term").

3. This Contest is open only to Indian Citizens, resident in India and above the age of eighteen (18) years. In the event that a person is below the age of eighteen (18) years and participates and wins this Contest, he/she shall be disqualified and shall not be entitled to the Prize (defined below).

4. The Contestant agrees to provide complete and correct information with respect to his/her identity, contact details, age, education, profession and such other information as may be required by Digital18.

5. Digital18 will randomly select one (1) winner from the eligible Contestants who have given the correct answer to this Contest question after the completion of the Term.

6. The winner of this Contest will be announced on 11th May, 2012 on the website www.forbesindiamagazine.com. The Winner shall also be intimated at the correspondence address of the winner as available with Digital8 Media Limited. The decision of the management of Digital18 Media Limited will be final and binding and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

7. The winner of this Contest shall be given a Mercedes-Benz Classic Model C 200 BE [with Avantgarde styling] ("Prize") sponsored by Mercedes Benz ("Sponsor"). The Prize is offered by the Sponsor on an "as is where is" basis. Digital18 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as regards the Prize and its fitness for a particular purpose. Upon being declared a winner of this Contest, the winner will be required to comply with the following pre-requisites prior to being handed over the Prize:

7.1. Income Tax @ 30.9% or such other amount as may be applicable paid challan copy and bank statement clearly showing the amounts paid as per the Prize intimation letter;

7.2. The winner of the Contest will have to bear the cost of registration and insurance of the car and submit the receipts to Digital 18.

7.3. Identity proof, alongwith a declaration cum receipt stating the receipt of Prize is full and final.

8. The Prize is neither transferable nor is it encashable.

9. Digital18 Media Limited shall not be responsible for the colour, make, quality, delivery, deficiency of any product and/or service, in relation to the Prize in any manner whatsoever. Grievances, if any, in this regard shall be directly addressed to the Sponsor of the Prize.

10. Upon complying with the conditions as stated in point 7 above by the winner, the winner would be required to collect the Prize from the showroom/place as shall be intimated by Digital18. The Prize would be delivered/ handed over to the winner only after proper identification, verification and also after providing proof of payment of all applicable taxes and levies. Vehicle registration charges, road tax, octroi etc., as applicable will be borne solely by the winner only.

11. If the winner does not collect the Prize within twenty five (25) days, the Prize shall unconditionally and irrevocably lapse.

12. The Contestant expressly agrees and consents that Digital18 will have the right to reproduce all the entries on any and all formats, media and mediums including but not limited to television, internet, mobile, print etc.

13. The Prize is subject to the laws of India and deduction of taxes, levies and other statutory payments shall be as applicable and borne solely by the winner and paid for by the winner.

14. Employees and family members of Digital18 Media Limited or any other Network18 Media and Investments Limited group companies are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

15. All right, title, claim and interest in the promotional material(s) and any/all entries received shall vest solely and exclusively with Digital18 Media Limited at all times.

16. Digital18 Media Limited reserves the right to change, alter or cancel this Contest in part or full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages.

17. All rights, title, claim and interest, including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights, in the promotional material(s) and in any and all entries received shall vest solely and exclusively with Digital18 at all times. Digital18 or any person or entity permitted by Digital18 in this regard shall be entitled to the unrestricted use the entries received or any information in connection with the entry in any media for future promotional, marketing, publicity and any other purpose, without any permission and/or payment to the winner.

18. Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment or representation by Digital18 Media Limited to conduct further contests or other schemes.

19. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai only.
